Waste Oil High Efficiency Impurity Removal Oil Filter System

Operation Steps

1. Ensure the grounding device is properly grounded.
2. Connect three-phase power supply (AC220V / 60HZ) and verify inlet/outlet oil hoses.
3. Check oil pump rotation direction (should be clockwise from motor side).
4. Start the oil pump and slowly open the inlet valve to begin filtration.
5. Monitor pressure; if gauge exceeds 0.3MPa, clean or replace the filter.
6. Shutdown: Close the oil pump and discharge remaining oil after processing.

Maintenance Tips

• Regularly observe the running condition of the motor and pump.
• When the pressure gauge exceeds 0.3MPa, it indicates a filter blockage that requires immediate cleaning.
• If the machine is stored for more than a month, place it in a dry environment with a protective cover.
